Can anyone who is just off the Equinox please share?

Are there any nightlights in cabins?

Are there robes and slippers in cabins(1A)?

Are there enough hangers or can you request additional ones?

What toiletries are provided?

How's the heat level on the blowdryers (for straightening)?

Are there enough shelves and outlets?

Do we need an outlet converter?

Do you have any recommendations of other things to bring or leave at home?

THanks a million!!!!;)

I'm not just off the Equinox, but was on the Solstice and most of your questions are pretty standard for Celebrity ships:

Are there any nightlights in cabins?

- No nightlights.

Are there robes and slippers in cabins(1A)?

- Robes, no slippers.

Are there enough hangers or can you request additional ones?

- enough for what we brought, but if not, your steward will get you more.

What toiletries are provided?

- Classic hotel type stuff - shampoo, body wash, conditioner. I forget what brand, and what other stuff is added. I liked it...smelled good and it got me clean.

How's the heat level on the blowdryers (for straightening)?

- My wife had no problems. I think there are more powerfull dryers avail you can ask for. But a number of people have complained they are underpowered, get hot and hard to hold.

Are there enough shelves and outlets?

- subjective. Some complain about not enough storage and so on, but we had enough shelves and outlets.

Do we need an outlet converter?

- You didn't list what your country of origin is. Assuming you are from the US, no the ship uses standard 3-plug outlets.

Do you have any recommendations of other things to bring or leave at home?

- You Will bring too many clothes so think about how to cut down some. I brought my minicomputer and used it to manage my photos, journaled, and a bit of emailing.

- Bring lots of money!!

Enjoy! There are a number of lists on various threads, but sometimes, the lists start to get out of hand. I like the idea of bringing limited stuff - like going on a cruise ship with the idea of not bringing every item I can think of from home. Not trying to reproduce my home away from home.

Our stateroom had a nightlight in the bathroom and the light on the phone was so bright at night that I placed a facecloth over it each night.

No outlets by the bed but the standard 110v outlet by the desk.

We felt there was plenty of space for our 7 day cruise. The drawers for the dresser where the refrigerator is located will keep whatever is in them warm, so be sure to NOT put your bedside chocolates in one of them. :)

I agree, pack what you think you need and take out half and bring twice as much money as you think you will need. Not really, but pretty close. We had 900.00 OBC for two rooms and our bill for the end of the cruise was still about 100.00. We did do one ship excursion, bought a prem. non alcoholic package, the standard tips, and then other items (alcohol, gift shop purchases, a couple of photos, and a food and wine class.)

Have fun!
