Tea and Coffee on the Crown Princess

Is there anywhere that we can get Tea and Coffee on the Crown that isnt an extra charge item?

I see there is no kettle in the stateroom- Do people take their own?

Tea & Coffee are available FOC 24/7 in Horizon Court or from room service. Kettles are fine as long as they have a safety cut off.

Tea and coffee is availably from the buffet, Horizon Court and Cafe Caribe as well, complimentary.

You may bring your own kettle, but it must have a switch and/or auto cut off.

Let's not forget that they are also free in the main dining rooms!

On our previous Princess cruises, in additon to Lipton tea bags there were also various flavors of Bigelow teas in the buffet.

On our Crown cruise in June, the only tea on display was Lipton. We had to ask the buffet steward for Earl Grey each morning. He brought the tea bags from his station (we bring our own travel mugs as the cups don't hold enough for us).

On the positive side, the water from the dispensers was very, very hot !

We get ours from the buffet. Coffee, tea (hot & iced) and watrer are there 24 hours. They have a variety of teas to pick from

We get our tea during the day from Horizon Court. Early morning tea + late afternoon via room service. Never had problem with the selection of teas being available.
