AZNative2000 Posted July 17, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 17, 2010 Are these Clamshells $14 per person, or $14 per clamshell? From our excursion brochure: One clamshell covers two lounge chairs ... $14.00. You pay for the clamshell. Happy Sailing.
Krazy Kruizers Posted July 17, 2010 #4 Share Posted July 17, 2010 Take along a book to prop up the back side of the clamshell so that you get air ventilation. They can become very stuffy.

sapper1 Posted July 18, 2010 #7 Share Posted July 18, 2010 Take along a book to prop up the back side of the clamshell so that you get air ventilation. They can become very stuffy. Further up the beach you will notice little piles of big rocks at the back of the beach. People use those rocks to prop up the back of the clamshell as well. At the end of the day the stewards collect the rocks and make little piles again.
