Dreamer04 Posted February 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2005 Hi all! My sister and her hubby are finally booked in the 2/15 Legend. Can anyone suggestions for hotel to stay the night before-close to the port with parking-maybe a shuttle to the port? Any other ideas? They are driving down. Thanks, again! Flip2cruise Posted February 8, 2005 #6 Share Posted February 8, 2005 try www.biddingfortravel.com and learn about priceline what hotels are available in your ports. You can get hotel rooms for under 50 bucks-- why pay full price when you dont have to Since she wants parking and shuttle, priceline might not be the way to go for them. I love priceline, but if you are particular about things its not the best choice. Some hotels dont allow parking or charge a rate higher than the port. I know there are a quite a few hotels in FLL that offer cruise packages. Here is one, but I know there are others http://www.parksleepfly.com/cruiseport_hotels/hotel_display.php?hotel_type=cruiseport&cruiseportID=2 Amerisuites on 17th St allows parking for up to 10 days. crisp1 Posted February 8, 2005 #7 Share Posted February 8, 2005 Dreamer, I'd do a search/post on the Hotels-pre & post cruise and the Ports of Call -United States boards here. And then go to http://www.betterbidding.com and check out what hotels you might be able to get on Hotwire or priceline
