RCCl liberty of the seas balcony privacy

They are very private, but given their limited size, a person standing at the rail of your neighboring balcony can see a good portion of it. With the amount of space you would take up by laying out, it's likely you will not have 100% privacy. Sun and wind depends on the ship's position.

I would say they do not have enough privacy for that. Besides, there isn't all that much sun on the balconies to 'sunbathe' unless the sun is on that side of the ship and fairly low in the sky.
