Lapis Niger in the Roman Forum

Has anybody seen this black rock? I definitely do not want to miss it. It would be a shame to walk right by it! I am a Latin student and this is where Latin first started. Thanks.

Thank you for both urls. They are fantastic. As I was reading the letters, I was thinking, "These look more Greek than Latin." And then I scrolled down and the author said the same thing. I should be able to find lapis niger.
