Old Star Princess

What happen to her? Where is she now? I saw a brief article that she is being moved again but no details. Just wondering where. Had a great time on that ship when she was still with Princess. Thanks

Hi Waltd, the ship your referring to started out life as Sitmar's 'Fair Majesty'. She became 'Star Princess' in 1989 when Sitmar was taken over by P & O/Princess. She then became 'Arcadia' sailing for P & O UK, she was transferred to the Ocean Village brand and was imaginatively named 'Ocean Village'. This is what she looks like at the moment.

 

 

With the Ocean Village brand being wound up, she is to be refurbished and relocated to New Zealand/Australia in December 2010, for P & O Australia and is to be called 'Pacific Pearl'.
