You can go to your cruise personalizer (or whatever you lines call it) as soon as you have a booking number, and start filling in info. You may not have access to your cruise documents until after final payment. EM

You can board around 11am. Sometimes the cabins are ready, sometimes not. Last year we went straight to ours, put our things away, then to the buffet. It will be set up on top deck, follow everyone to the food!!:D
