Can't get into Cunard Web Site

I have not been able to access the Cunard website from Canada for several weeks now. I phoned them once and was told they are working on it. Anyone heard when it will be available or what's going on with it?

I haven't been able to access it for almost two months since they changed the website. Cunard has confirmed several times that certain parts of Canada are having trouble.

Have been having all kinds of issues for the past month. Our TA says Cunard is 'working on the issue', though he is advising calling them directly if you have any questions or info to pass along.

However on the UK site, the Special Offers page has been cleared of information as has the UK travel agents page. Nothing on either of them now yet there was yesterday. :(:mad:

They've put them back on again but they weren't there last night.

 

The travel agents list is still missing though.

I accessed it this morning and over the weekend but I can't get into it this afternoon.

 

As for accessing the site from Canada, I've never had a problem. Sometimes I have to switch from Safari to Firefox but that's all.

Thanks SEFlyer and SeaPeaInn. It's a relief to know the problem isn't with my computer...but dang annoyoing not to be able to complete my daily ritual of checking my booking to see if the Upgrade Fairy has visited yet:eek::D

That's exactly how I feel too! I've tried to get into the Voyage Personalizer a couple of times today for the same reason, without any luck.

Yes, having the same problem although I was on early this am!

Cunard's server is down and has been for several hours. I called them today regarding missing documents and they were unable to help me until the computer is back up.

I have had the same problem for months...a few weeks I was trying to get in yet again, and instead of selecting Canada, I chose the USA option, and no problems. You might want to give that a try.
