Info wanted about Evenia Rosselo hotel and/or the Eixample district.

Through priceline I was able to successfully bid on a hotel called Evenia Rossello for a $100 USD per night. The hotel is located in the Eixample district at Rossello 191, 08036 Barcelona, Spain. Has anyone ever stayed here before? If so, I would love some feedback. Has anyone ever stayed near here? What is the area like. How far from Las Ramblas is it?

Have never stayed, going back to Barcelona for first time in many years next summer, but did some research and hotel gets mixed reviews on trip advisor. The district is adjacent to the main district near the cruise port and old town so looks like you would have a walk of about 10 block or so ? to las ramblas. Just an estimate. Price is great deal. Best of luck!
