This cruise coming up, I WILL PLAY MINIATURE GOLF.....:D What are you going to do on your next cruise that you haven't done before?

probablyjustdreaming Posted September 29, 2010 #16 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Oddly enough, I've been on two 7-day cruises and have never done 2 basic things: 1) see a show in the theater 2) get in the pool The cruise I'm taking in Dec is my first without a significant other, so I look forward to the "me time." Well, I'm rooming with my parents... so whatever "me time" I can get, teehee!

marshhawk Posted September 29, 2010 Author #21 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Thanks everyone! You just reminded me about the slide:eek:! Haven't done that yet either. I think every one's answers are great, they will totally help a newbie decide what they "need" to do on a cruise!:)
bankerbabe Posted September 29, 2010 #22 Share Posted September 29, 2010 I second (or third, or fourth) the slide. I've never done it, but will next time. I also want to get up early on a sea day - I always seem to sleep in and miss the sunrise. Just once, I'd like to see the sun rise over the sea. We're always up early on port days (I want to spend as much time as possible doing fun stuff ashore), but my sorry butt never wants to get out of bed before 9 on sea days. I want to get an omlette at the buffet. Which means I have to get up early. Every other cruise I've been on, the line was longer than I was willing to wait for. Intend to take more pics and keep a cruise journal (also for review purposes), Chef's Table, see the sunrise over the ocean, and actually go in the casino! MaiTaiMary Posted September 29, 2010 #24 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Go down the water slide!!!! :D I waited until the last day to try it out and it turns out we had really bad (windy) weather and they closed off that deck. Boo. I'll definitely do it at the start of the cruise next time.
bettysuetraveler Posted September 29, 2010 #25 Share Posted September 29, 2010 will be taking my 11th cruise in November and you would think i have done it all but not so... 1. see a sunrise 2. play mini golf 3. enjoy a tea-time 4. get a sandwich from the deli 5. figure out a way to win a ship on a stick isnt it great that no matter how many cruises you have under your belt there is always something new to look forward to on the next cruise.
