My first platinum experience

OP you could have taken your friends with you for the priority tender. I do that when I am cruising with friends. I think as long as it's not an excessive amount of people, it's not a problem. Be prepared for the evil eye, but I just explain to people what's going on and then they are very understanding. Lots of cruisers are unaware of the Platinum program.

 

I think this is rude to take people along who have not earned this perk, even if it's just 2-3 of them. They should wait in the hot sun just like everybody else or if you're not comfortable with this, just wait with them.

I knew someone was going to say this, but like Kurbanfan says, it is permissible, and as I said, I do not do it to excess.

 

I am not a VIP on Delta but my DH is and they don't make me board the plane at a different time then him. Kind of the same thing don't you think?;)

Slot tournament, I got one ticket and hubby got one. It's a $20 a piece perk. I will try the laundry next time.
