Daily "what we did/what we ate" form

A couple of days ago I read a post regarding a form/document that someone had created in which you could write in what you did, what you ate, etc. on a daily basis. Now I can't find where I read it. Can someone help? Thank you.

What a wonderful idea! Especially the part about whet new foods did I try today and where did I go while ashore. I wish I had done that during my last cruise, it would have helped with organizing the photos and making the scrapbook.

I run one copy of the above, and then based on the cruise I copy the next two examples. If my cruise has two days at sea, I copy two"Days at Sea" page, if my cruise has 4 port days I make 4 copies of "port days".

Well, everyone who asked, I hope this helps. It helped me a lot having it all down when I wrote my review, and when I was done, I put it in an envelope with all the other paper work I picked up during the cruise.

What a great idea!! I always tell myself that I'm going to journal every day that I'm on a cruise and that usually lasts 1.5 days. This kind of 'questionnaire' will be easier, I think, and the 'what did I do/eat/see' entries should spark some other memories afterwards.

 

I would add to this, information about pre- and/or post-cruise stays - hotels, tours, etc.

Trevoli-you are correct, I usually do that too, everyone wants a recommended hotel before the cruise.

There's not much one can say about a Holiday Inn Express, but I will be sure to add my HO(humble opinion LOL) about our next cruise experience, staying on Blount Island pre cruise for the Fascination out of Jacksonville.

I wish that I could remember the camera at meal time, but I usually show up after doing "something" somewhere else on the ship, and don't like to drag the camera everywhere.

What a great idea. Thanks so much for sharing. I've copied it to use on our cruise in February. I'm a scrapbooker and usually journal each day, but this form helps organize my thoughts and makes sure I cover everything that I might want to remember later as I prepare my scrapbook. I keep a small "point-and-shoot" camera in my purse at all times to capture those moments that are unexpected but memorable.
