Santorini Car Rental vs. Cab

Just wondering if anyone could help me out with how much renting a cab might have cost you for the entire day? Basic itinerary to Fira, Oia and possibly Santo Winery.

 

Any comments as to the price of a cab vs. renting a car?

I paid 60 euros for a four door Nissan. It had auto transmission although I hadn't asked for it. Very easy to drive around except that all the tourists on scooters, motorcycles, and ATV's make it very hard to sightsee while you're driving!

The car rentals are pretty reasonable, as stated 50-70 euros usually depending on the car. It gives you a lot more flexibility on what you do so that is the route we would take. I would certainly reserve it before hand.
