louallard Posted November 8, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2010 Hello Are the bottles of wine in the prepaid package only available to drink in the dining rooms? I know that you can send a gift of a bottlle of wine to your cabin, but what about a bottle of vodka? Can you order wine or vodka through room service as we like to have a glass of wine or a cocktail on the balcony? Thanks so much for any information

If for example you get a 7 bottle wine package, you can order one for dinner, and I've never had a problem getting a 2nd one of the package and taking it with me when I left. You cannot get bottles of liquor thru RCCL.:cool:JACK IS SAILING AGAIN

cb at sea Posted November 8, 2010 #4 Share Posted November 8, 2010 You can't order bottles of liquor at all. any wine you buy, you may take wherever you wish, within reason!
sailawayjack Posted November 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted November 8, 2010 Can you order bottles of wine from room service? :cool:I have always ordered ahead of time. Bottle of Champagne, one red and one white. I know that I have purchased full bottles at the Champagne Bar on ship. If you order ahead of time, I have taken many a bottle, sat in a seculed space, and had quiet drink before dinner. They are easy about that. I've ordered snacks from room service, then invited friends to afternoon/pre-dinner happy hour. Of course - There are always the infamous Rum Runners:cool:JACK IS SAILING AGAIN
