Are you able to plug other devices into the I-Pod dock to use the speakers?

so I assume yes, you can plug an IPhone into there as well. I hope so anyway, it will make like easier than grovelling under the desk to get at the sockets to plug in a normal charger.

On the Allure the electrical plugs are above the desk now. I read this on another post. So you do not have get on you knees now.:o

Saw a picture somewhere and it appears that they are true iPod (iPhone?) docks, not generic audio jacks. So I doubt other non-Apple devices are going to able to connect/charge/play through them.

The Ipod dock is set up for 2 ipods or iphones. It also has a clock in the middle. I charged my iphone all weekend on the dock......no problem

Something tells me this was done more to prevent "lost" Royal Connect chargers than anything else, lol.
