Question for recent cruisers...

We are headed for the Epic this Saturday. I wanted to know if anyone has recently brought on a portable fan?? I brought a VERY small battery operated one on Carnival six months ago, it was not confiscated...Anyone recently bring one on a NCL ship? We like the extra air and noise at night...Thanks!

I wouldn't think there would be a problem bringing a fan onboard.

I don't see that one that is battery operated would cause a problem.

It is usually the extra electrical accessories that are looked poorly on and sometimes confiscated.

For what its worth, I saw a regular box fan in its original box with a luggage tag sitting outside someone's door along with their other luggage on our Oct Sun cruise.

Bad rumor. Never, ever heard of anyone on NCL with this problem.

 

Carnival had a short lived experiment along these lines, but that is gone.

I bring a small fan every cruise! I have never had a problem with confiscation. I like to move the air in the room and this little fan does it just enough! Have a fun cruise!
