Max Circus Posted December 9, 2010 #2 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Going on the Legend soon. So they have unsweet tea and coke zero? Yes. All Carnival ships have those. First one is free and second one isn't.
augusta78 Posted December 9, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Last time I went on a cruise tea was free all the time. You get charged for a refill on iced tea? So they do have Coke Zero? That would be good because we were considering getting a coke card.

Max Circus Posted December 9, 2010 #11 Share Posted December 9, 2010 The first coke zero is not free, and you do not have to pay for the second ice tea. You're right. That's what I said. The first one (unsweet tea) is free and the second one (Coke Zero) isn't.

zqvol Posted December 9, 2010 #13 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Going on the Legend soon. So they have unsweet tea and coke zero? Clearly from the south. The don't have sweet tea on the ships. :) To those of you wondering about sweet tea, if you are not in the southeast corner of the country you don't realize that all tea comes full of sugar unless you ask for it to come unsweetened. Its a regional thing, and I promise you that calling it sweet is understating how much sugar is in it. It is more like can I have a splash of tea with my sugar. It is more like can I have a splash of tea with my sugar. Unless you are from the Southeastern US few people realize there are three types of tea (in order of sweetness): unsweet tea, sweet tea, and Southern tea. KatyAnn Posted December 9, 2010 #16 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Should I bring my own truvia or sweet and low, or is it available on ship?
GlendaleCruiser Posted December 9, 2010 #17 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Should I bring my own truvia or sweet and low, or is it available on ship? They have pink packets, blue packets and yellow packets but no one has Truvia yet. It's too expensive. Bring your own. I do.
Lake Erie Sailor Posted December 10, 2010 #18 Share Posted December 10, 2010 I always make my own unsweetened tea. Just make a cup of hot tea and pour it over a glass of ice. And for those of you who like it sweet, it works better to dissolve the sugar in the hot tea. Much better than the stuff that comes of the machines. Crusin Hogs Posted December 10, 2010 #19 Share Posted December 10, 2010 You can not just add a packet or two of sugar and make sweet tea , The sugar (by the cup) has to be add while the tea is still hot , mixed real good , and only then is it fit to be served as sweet tea , . In the south it's about 2 to 3 cups of sugar per gallon
