A question for those aboard Adonia on February 4, 2005

I was aboard Star Princess on February 4th. When we arrived at Ocho Rios, the Adonia was at anchor, with 3 port-side tenders partially down, appearing that she was preparing tendering operations. After we docked, Adonia hoisted anchor and sailed away. I thought this odd and no crew on Star Princess with whom I spoke knew anything about what happened.

Can anyone who was aboard the Adonia that day provide any information as to what was going on?

We were supposed to be tendering but as there was a very large swell the Captain lowered a tender with the Safety Officer in charge and he decided it was unsafe to get the passengers ashore. Funnily enough before he said this as we were approaching the shore my husband, who has done a lot of sailing, said that he thought we would be lucky to be able to tender as the swell was so great. Lots of disappointed passengers, but c'est la vie!:)
