cruzhappy88 Posted January 22, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2011 This might be a dumb question but, do they have free ice cream on the Sapphire Princess? My kids are dying to know. Also, Princess used to have a drink card for unlimited non-alcoholic specialty drinks for kids, do they still?
rdsqrl Posted January 22, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 22, 2011 Yes and yes. The free ice cream is now soft-serve available at the ice cream stand out by the pool (where you used to have to pay). I think it's chocolate, vanilla, and swirl? The UKP (Ultimate Kids Package which, despite its name, is available for purchase by passengers of any age) is $9 per day plus 15% gratuity and provides free sodas, mocktails, and juice. The regular soda package is $4.25 per day plus 15% gratuity and includes free sodas and Shirley Temples. No juice. The sodas are the ones in the bar gun (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water). Hope this helps.

The dining room also offers at no cost (on the kids menu, but anybody can order it) the Volcano, a banana split which, of course, has ice cream.
