Deck 12 - Front of ship on the Star

Help! I'm looking at a Deluxe Suite on the Star and would like to know how much motion is felt in the 12000 block of Suites at the front of the ship. Anyone?

I can't speak to the suite rooms specifically. However, while watching a show on the Star in the forward Stardust lounge, and later while sitting up in the former Spinaker lounge, pitching motion could be felt while in slightly moderate seas. It was enough that my wife became motion sick. I'm sure many persons tolerate this slight motion with no issue. However, forward is where the most pitching motion will be felt if there is any.

We have sailed in Owners Suites for the last five cruises, and they have all been the very front of the ship. We have bounced a couple of times, but never to the point of feeling sea sick. We have booked one of the Deluxe Owners Suites on the Star for next December, and have no concerns.

Took Panama Canal reposition cruise in October and stayed in 12002. Never noticed any movement that would be particular to that location on the ship. These suites are very nice!

Have 12002 photos unless you prefer to be surprised. The suite is amazing and as long as you need only one bedroom there can't be a finer room on the ship.
