Online or phone reservations for specialty restaurants pre cruise

Can you make pre-cruise online or phone reservations for specialty restaurants on all RCCL ships? I know online reservations can be made for specialty restaurants on Oasis and Allure but was unaware that reservations can be made in advance for other RCCL ships. I was just talking to a friend of mine who is a travel agent and she said she made reservations on the phone for Portofino for her clients pre-cruise.

You sure can, on your cruise overview page scroll down, reservations is in the same section as where you book excursions. You have to pay in advance but you can make them and select the date & time.

Thanks for your quick response. How long has this been in effect? I had no idea reservations for specialty restaurants could be made prior to boarding the ship (with the exception of Oasis and Allure).
