Spa Lounge - Is it "no talking"?

Wondering if the lounge area (where you go after a treatment, has lounges and overlooks large windows) in the spa is considered a "no talking" or silent area?

I've been to this area in spas before and the other women are chattering away. I prefer this to be a place of retreat from the chatter.

Anyone know?:p

I wish. Last time I was in, on Solstice, two magpies were yapping it up, and one's husband came in a couple of times to check in. Sheesh.
