Serenade specialty question

A few years ago on Jewel, I saw people at breakfast in either Chops or Portofino, can't remember which. Is this a specialty breakfast dining venue for suite guests on Radiance class and specifically on Serenade recently? We sail SOS next Saturday.

On my Serenade cruise in early January there was a Champagne Brunch in Chops on Friday (that was our sea day) -- it's open to everyone at $30.00 per person ($10 cancellation fee for cancelling within 24 hours). From the sheet (available at the entrance to Chops early in the week) -- it's an exclusive buffet style brunch w/live music and you can join the Executive Chef for an exclusive galley tour.

We just did a B2B in January and we are D+,There is a special breakfast in the main dining room for Suites and D+.
