What is your experience with new comedy clubs?

On our last cruise, we did not find any of the comedians very funny. Not because of r rating just not funny, What is your experience and on what ship and who was the comedian?

The funniest one we have enjoyed is a guy named Al Ernst. He was on the Dream when we were on it. This guy is Hilarious. Both the Regular and R rated shows had us in tears.

We have now seen 12 at the comedy club.

 

I would say 6 were very funny and 3 were funny and 3 or so were nothing worth going back for.

 

Overall though a very good experience.

On the Mracle, we saw 4 different comedians. All were extremely funny!

Steve Caouette

Eim Young

Lewis Nixon

Rondell Sheridan was hi-larious. The other two dudes were good too, but Mr. Sheridan stood out. Went to the R-rated shows.

It can be hit or miss, but most of the comedians I've seen on CCL are pretty funny. Have had 1 or 2 that were awful though.

We saw Al Ernst on Carnival Pride last summer. It was his R-rated show, but I would describe it more as PG-13. He was a riot. Allyn Ball was the other comedian on that cruise - okay, but not as funny as Al Ernst. On Carnival Glory, we saw Percy Crews and Jim McCue. Both were pretty good.
