Main Seating times

Hi

 

We have main seating for our cruise in July. The 4 cruises I have been on before have always been late seating. I am kind of looking forward to the main seating for the fact that we'll have more "night life" time but afraid we'll feel rushed to get to dinner. Oh well, both times have their pros and cons. My question is does anyone know what time breakfast and dinner is for the main seating on RCCL?

Breakfast is open seating usually 7:30 to 9:00. Early dinner usually 6:30.

Most ports tat you will be visiting have you back on the ship by 4pm correct? maybe one day with a late port? Thats the day we did dinner on the Lido deck.

On the Rhapsody last March the schedule in the Dining room was:

7:30-9:30 Breakfast

11:30-1:30 Lunch

6:00 Main Seating, a couple were at 6:30 depending on the port

8:30 Second Seating

So does that mean that the ship does NOT have a "scheduled" seating time for breakfast for main seating like they do for dinner? It sounds like they have an open buffet style time for breakfast (if it's from 7:30-9:30) :confused:

The buffet is in the windjammer. The seating for breakfast is open (meaning you can go whenever you like) but you will order from a menu and will be brought your food by a waiter. You will not sit at your "regular" dinner table, which I like the idea of.
