Arizona Cruz Chic Posted April 3, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2011 I saw some at Wal Mart in the travel size bins. Good for TSA requirements. I can't use it because its too scented and my allergies can't tolerate it!

Mrs_Duffy Posted April 4, 2011 #7 Share Posted April 4, 2011 It seems to be hit on miss on finding a travel size of wrinkle release. In a pinch you could probably buy a bigger bottle and pour some into a travel sized spray bottle.
iheartbda Posted April 4, 2011 #8 Share Posted April 4, 2011 It's possible to make your own wrinkle releaser with plain old water and a bit of fabric softener. For those who don't like the smell of Downey, pick a softener you like. One cup of water, one teaspoon softener, put in spray bottle that has a fine spray, shake....that's it and cheap too.:)
SheriAZ Posted April 4, 2011 #9 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I make mine just like iheart does. Works wonderfully. For travel, I take an empty spray bottle and the fabric softener in a tiny tupperware container. Mix and spray. I don't think it last very long after it is mixed. Maybe a week, could be longer. Walmart has some tiny spray bottles, perfect for travel.
BaileyandBella Posted April 4, 2011 #10 Share Posted April 4, 2011 For the homemade kind, does it ever leave stains from the fabric softener?
SheriAZ Posted April 4, 2011 #11 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I suppose it could, though it has not happened to me. i use it all the time, not just travel. 1 tsp to i cup water. Not a lot of fabric softener in there.
TrqoisWtrs Posted April 4, 2011 #12 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I have always just used a misting bottle of plain water. Spritz and smooth out. Wondering what is the point of adding fabric softener?
iheartbda Posted April 4, 2011 #13 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I have always just used a misting bottle of plain water. Spritz and smooth out. Wondering what is the point of adding fabric softener? Makes it smell nice? Maybe the softener softens the wrinkles so they fall out easier? Good question though. There must be some reason since all the directions say to use it.
