are you traveling alone? We have hot breakfast in bed on every Carnival cruise. One of us goes to the buffet and brings it back to the cabin. Not a big deal at all. Turn an extra plate over the top and voila - hot breakfast in bed (or on our balcony).

I have sailed Royal, Carnival, NCL and Princess - never been able to order a hot breakfast from room service on any of them.

You can "get" your breakfast in bed. But you have to go "get it" first. :D

Better yet, send your spouse, SO, friend, or whomever you are rooming with. ;)

I never really understood the concept of wanting to eat breakfast in bed  so it works for me!

HUH? I just got off the Independance of the Seas and they use an RCI fleetwide menu, we were certainly able to get hot breakfast in the cabin- you fill ou the card, indicate how you want your eggs, what kind of meats, etc and they deliver at the time you note.

We eat ours on our balcony.......room service makes it nice because you don't have to get dressed and look presentable and do the leg work........

Phew...was worried I was gonna have to order several cups and drink it cold -- YUCK

They will ask you how many people.......then they will only give you an extra cup. I always specifiy 2 pots........if you are a coffee drinker like me....those pots are not big enough:D
