Nice job by the RCI Phone Reps

I've now made 3 calls to RCI's phone reps putting together my first RCI cruise. All three phone reps I've gotten were great... knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, etc. Part of my job is training our company's phone reps, so I'm always paying close attention to how good (or bad) other companies' reps are. RCI's were all top notch.

 

People on message boards are quick to gripe when they get bad service. I just wanted to put out a message being thankful for good service.

I agree....I've dealt with RCI's phone reps many times and I always compliment them on their professionalism. They've always been a pleasure to deal with.

The RCI phone Reps that I've dealt with were fantastic. I just booked one last week with Jabbar and he was very funny, and yet, very professional.
