Nice job by the RCI Phone Reps

I've now made 3 calls to RCI's phone reps putting together my first RCI cruise. All three phone reps I've gotten were great... knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, etc. Part of my job is training our company's phone reps, so I'm always paying close attention to how good (or bad) other companies' reps are. RCI's were all top notch.

 

People on message boards are quick to gripe when they get bad service. I just wanted to put out a message being thankful for good service.
