I was able to access Episode 6 on the transformation of the Grand Princess by going to

You Tube and in the subject bar typed in "Grand Princess Episode 6" and it came in..it was about 3:05 minutes. Interesting footage of them removing the skywalker bridge. Hope you are as successful as I was.

Are we correct in understanding that the Oceanview Suites being constructed in the previous Casino space of the Grand will have a full picture window? From the opening it appeared that it will be the size of a storefront window. That would be a first and probably a fantastic panavision but we would not give up a balcony for it.

They have the pictures up of the removal, but no video as of yet...

I do wish they would get a move on and get it loaded, I've been sitting here pressing F5 for the last 2 hours.

the pictures look good, and Grand certainly looks different now!

Yes, they were! I wonder what they'll do with it? They should ship it back to California and plop it down atop one of Princess' HQ buildings! :p

Maybe it will become a new Bahama nightclub.

Just viewed the video of the removal of skywalkers on You Tube. It is a private video, not one by Princess.

Thanks for the tip, I just watched it and noticed the big piece of metal hit the barge when they separated Skywalkers from the ship. Good action... :D

It looks like one of the makeshift railing they put in the windows after the removal of the glass. From the video it also looked like the starboard side dragged a bit - not a clean lift. I agree - overall - good show.

The execution and the transformation of the Grand Princess has been amazing. I cannot begin to imagine the hours it has taken the architects and engineers to get this right and to see it accomplished so well. And the workers who are doing all this..wow! We cannot wait to cruise on the "new" Grand Princess.
