Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted April 21, 2011 #51 Share Posted April 21, 2011 In place of the tuna tartare (starter) the chef substituted with a PRIME grade tenderloin tartare. I thought it very accommodating of him (Cheryl is not a big tuna tartare fan - we had it at previous Chef's Tables), and I was not going to pass up a chance for steak tartare! As it turned out, it was an OK steak tartare (not among the best I have enjoyed), but better than the tuna! Tom
