Checking price drops... Category not available?

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anybody could help me figure out how I can check to see if there have been any price drops on my cabin, if my category is no longer listed as available.

I will be sailing on the Oasis on Sept. 17th, and am in a D4 Category Balcony. I have been checking almost daily (ok.. I have been checking MULTIPLE times per day), but today when I go to check it shows that the category is no longer avaialble and to call for pricing. I'm sure this means that the category is sold out, or very close to being sold out, but I'm still curious about the price.

Should I call them to see what the price is to see if there has been a price drop? I am cruising for my honeymoon and am trying to save as many dollars as possible, so forgive me if I sound a little price drop crazy.

If the category is showing not available online that means that it is sold out. If you call them they won't be able to price it either. But keep checking like you have been doing because it could become avialable again at any time. Good luck and congrats!!!!:D

Congrats on the honeymoon, chefchristopher! I would suggest still checking the rates on other categories for your cruise, as perhaps there is a higher CAT that will price out lower than what you booked at, and you can be upgraded. :)

Thanks for the quick responses.

I know that if it is sold out then their isn't a price.. I was just asking because it has 2 options - One says "Stateroom categories were omitted because they aren't available for online booking." The other says "Stateroom categories were omitted because they are sold out."

When I click on the not available for online bookings it shows my D4 and says to call for availability.

I will just keep checking and hope I find more price drops!
