Excursions Operators at the Ports

I am taking a cruise of French Polynesia & the Cook Islands soon (the 11 night itinerary). We are both very excited.

 

Just wondering if there are tour operators at the dock ever so we can organise something when we arrive?

We did the same cruise in July. I posted a long review. At least in the Cooks we did not see options at the dock but you could arrange privately in advance.
