embarkation query

first of I will apologise now if this has been asked before :D but.....our tickets say that our check in time at the pier is 2pm, but our flight lands at 10am, will we be able to check in when we get to the pier or will we have to wait until 2pm :confused:

As soon as they clear the ship from the previous cruise you will be able to get on. Usually embarkation starts between 11 and 11:30 but not always. Head to the pier and begin your vacation as soon as possible!

Totally agree. We went to check in at the port at 1pm and that was fine but others had been there since 11:30

ALL of the "docs" say that...ignore it! Head straight to the ship!

You will be able to board before 2PM but your cabin may not be ready. Usually they send you to the Windjammer for food etc. You'll hear an announcement when cabin access is allowed.
