The Sanetuary

To access the sanctuary area you must reserve a lounger (pay). Those who have not cannot use its services.

On the Emerald Princess do you have to pay to use the Sanetuary or just parts of it. I would like just to sit and take in some quite time but will not pay for that if I have to. Call me cheap.

If the Sanctuary was free, they'd need to make it about 10 larger than it is now. The only way to use the Sanctuary for free is to book something like a massage and have it done out in the cabanas in the Sanctuary. After your massage, you have free use of the Sanctuary for as long as you'd like. However, I would hardly consider that free since you have to pay $$$$ for the massage. DH and I had a couples massage on the Crown a few years back and it was nice to have use of the Sanctuary after our massages.
