Freedom recent (since dry dock) suite pax ??'s

Recommended Posts

What was your experience of breakfast and lunch in Chop"s , please? On Mariner a year ago, we were served fresh-squeezed OJ, but have not had this on Liberty or Voyager. On one ship, I think Liberty, there were fresh cooked eggs and omelets offered there. And was there a lounger on your balcony? If not, could you get one by asking your suite steward? Eagerly anticipating our FOS cruise Aug. 28!

last week, as diamonds....(and other levels, not sure which ones) Chops was open for breakfast and lunch seating. However, you fetched your own food from the Windjammer and just used Chops for private seating.

We didnt use it for breakfast, since we eat early and Windjammer was empty..but the lunchtime seating was nice. The waiters refilled your drinks and the view was great.

Check out the main dining room on sea days....wonderful salad bar!!!!

Cant answer question about suites....we were in a Jr suite.

What are your questions? We were in an Owner's Suite (OS) on Freedom from June 5-12, same cruise with Cruizin RN, who we met at the M&M. She answered questions about Chops. In the OS, there were wonderful lounge chairs already already on the balconey, with special towels covering them.

Ask away. And hi Cruizin RN. Sorry, I forgot your real name.

Thanks for the lounge info. There was a time when folks in GS and large aft balconies were denied a lounge for the balcony in some cases. Also, I wondered if fresh OJ was available in Chops at breakfast and if there were any cooked to order items.

As the other poster stated....you won't be getting food cooked in Chops/Portofino....it's all still WJ food...you're just carrying it into a less packed area to eat!

Try the dining room for breakfast...everything is "made to order" there! Very nice!
