One side only .. opposite side as usual I believe, so it would be port side. .. at least on Magic its the opposite side.

From our Carnival Dream Fun times, here are the specifics:

 

SMOKING AREAS

Smoking is only permitted in

Caliente Clib,

Sam's bar,

outside Ocean Plaza Bar, deck 5 portside mid,

Lido Bar, and

deck 10 Portside Fwd & Aft.

 

Cigars and pipes are only permitted on the Lanai outside the Ocean Plaza bar, deck 5 Portside.

 

Please note all Cloud 9 Spa Staterooms & Suites are smoke free.

 

The casino is a non-smoking lounge while closed. When open, smoking is limited, and only permitted while playing at designated slot machines and table games.
