cabin upgrade

can I upgrade my cabin? Long story why, but I booked an inside which I definitely don't want. Will I just have to pay the difference for a different cabin?

I don't see why you can't, as long as you pay the price difference. I would keep checking back when they do the free upgrades to maximize the upgrade value.

You can always upgrade, but not down grade. You just pay the current rate/ difference for what you want. Julie G.

You can upgrade, and downgrade. I have done it on Carnival and Royal, paying the difference, and/or getting the difference in return.

I booked with the past guest rate and paid in full at time of booking because the cruise is September 5, 2011.
