We are linked for dining on Celeb's website with the 3 other couples sailing with us. The only other linking options are for hotel & air.

 

How can we link our shore excursions so that we are together in the same group? I can't figure out how to do it online, is there a way? Or do we need to call our TA? Or wait til we're aboard & then go to the excursions desK?

It's not necessary. If you booked the same excursions at the same times, you're good to go.

Book your common tours on line separately; your tour tickets will be in your cabin upon embarkation...

 

You will be accommodated as a group upon arrival at the Assembly Point on the day of the tour... One person from your group should collect the tour tickets for all and present those--together--to the ShoreEx Rep who will assign all of you to a common tour group/bus [if more than one and assuming that you don't show up at the last possible moment]...

On your ticket you be told where and when to check in for the tour. One member of your group will check in with all tickets, this will insure you all will be on the same bus or group. It's that easy. ~ Ric
