SusieV Posted August 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Does anyone have scans/photos of the menus for the specialty restaurants? We're not interested in the MDR or Windjammer. Thank you- this would be very appreciated!

SusieV Posted August 27, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Really? I am disappointed. On every other cruise board I've posted on, people have had the answers to what I'm looking for. No one really has the menus to the restaurants on Allure?

Thank you- this would be very appreciated! I found the menu for Chops Grill on the Royal Caribbean website when I booked our dinner and I d/l it so I'll try to attach it. Rare PaulMCO Posted August 27, 2011 #8 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Here is Izumi --- http://www.cruisecritic.com/articles.cfm?ID=934 I don't think there is a formal menu for the Samba Grill since they bring everything to the table (sliced beef, lamb chops, salmon, sausages, chicken etc..). SusieV Posted August 27, 2011 Author #9 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Thank you very much! Does anyone have the menu for Vintages? Is Samba Grill what replaced the Seafood Shack on Allure or is that a different venue?

Rita's Cantina is the replacement restaurant for the Seafood Shack.
SusieV Posted August 29, 2011 Author #11 Share Posted August 29, 2011 Samba Grill is in the Solarium Cafe at night. Rita's Cantina is the replacement restaurant for the Seafood Shack. OK- then I'm hoping for a Rita's Cantina menu as well :) Thanks for the clarification!

nenner1 Posted August 29, 2011 #13 Share Posted August 29, 2011 Is this priced al a carte? also, what are the numbers in parenthesis?thanks Edited to clarify: Izumi has a cover charge plus a la carte (per item charges). I believe (but have not dined there yet so I could be wrong) the numbers in parentheses refers to the number of cuts per roll...Sorry if that is incorrect terminology- I am a sushi novice! ;) For the OP: Samba is $25 flat fee. There is a Rita's Menu on the page I link at the bottom. I haven't seen a Vintages Menu but they have tapas in the evening and "Sweet Indulgences" late night. Their "menus" are on ipads- really cool. Here is a short video I found showing it: And more about the Vintages ordering system here: http://www.beyondships.com/RCI-ALOS-art-FB.html And I have found this page a useful resource when researching menus-as you scroll down, many of the links to menus are there. Hope it helps! http://www.beyondships.com/RCI-ALOS-Tour-6.html Enjoy your cruise planning!! :)

Bakincakes Posted August 29, 2011 #20 Share Posted August 29, 2011 The only search function availabls atm is the main one at the top. The local board searches are disabled. I did a search on the "top" and this is what I found http://boards.cruisecritic.com/archive/index.php/t-1319690.html I just wondered if the OP had tried doing a search before they posted. SusieV Posted August 30, 2011 Author #21 Share Posted August 30, 2011 I did try to search but saw it was down. I didn't even notice the main search at the top- normally just look for the board search. Also, I know menus change so I was hoping for the most recent info. Thank you for all the responses!
