On 9/20, The Guardian reported the project manager stating that they would be moving in hopefully "this week":

Then on 9/21, the head of the Straw Vendors Advancement Association stated it could be another six weeks to two months:

We were there on the 23rd....yes, it's 'close' to opening, but I don't see it happening for at least another 3 weeks or so...

 

There was still some wiring to be done from what we could see when we walked by...
