celebrity Constellation, Xmas 2011

Hi to all you well-travelled cruisers out there. We (4 of us) are taking our first ever cruise this Xmas, just to get away from all the hassle and stress that surrounds xmas at home, when 3 different families want you there on the big day..... so we all opted out, threw caution to the wind and did what we said we never would!!!! and booked this trip.

Us two women are not sure on how to dress, smart casual, or OTT at night, our tow men are happy with their dinner suits, and very smart too, they both look.....a dashing couple og hunks, even though we say it ourselves.

Any hints, tips or suggestions are always welcome, as we don't want to let the side down in any way.

We all look forward to seeing everyone on board, and a happy and healthy christmas to one and all.:)

That is the Constellation's roll calls. A roill call is where you meet others on your cruise.

Smart casual nights are generally slacks and a nice top or sweater, capri pants or a nice casual dress. For formal nights we ladies wear long dresses, sparkly cocktail length dresses or fancy dinner suits/slacks. For the men, it's long slacks with a collared shirt (think golf shirt or similar), and on formal nights it's a tuxedo or dark suit. Some men wear just a sport jacket/tie/dress shirt and slacks.
