This is just a guess, but I think that the full size couches are the fold out type in D cat cabins... As ours on the Serenade was "full sized"

Thanks for posting the photo. We've actually stayed in 9092 (with full size couch) but had friends in a D1 up on Deck 10 that were surprised (and disappointed) to find they had the smaller one. So were you actually in 9576?
