I filled out the form online and pressed "submit" then....nothing happened! Is this normal? Of course, I hit submit a few more times (insanity) to see if it would say "accepted".... and nothing. Even called Carnival to have them check the compatibility view and walk me through the steps, still wouldn't go through. She did it manually for me. In one of the threads, I also posted that I had problems and sent a message to the "contact us" address. I received a response very quickly and whatever I did (the compatibility thing) worked. They also said to try a different brower other than Internet Explorer, like Firefox or Google Chrome if the compatibility change didn't work, but since it did, I didn't need to use a different browser.
