Happy Birthday Queen Elizabeth.

 

I really do believe that the QE is as yet the most beautiful ship I have ever sailed on, thank you to cunard, the crew and all our fellow voyagers from the August 14/28th Cruise this year.

 

Qm2 Is the Grandest

 

I cant wait now to board again in September 2012, 14 more days:)

We totally agree with you! We loved everything about her maiden world cruise and just read Peter Shanks' blog about her on wearecunard.com. Passengers have given her very high marks on everything.

I enjoyed the QV, but this ship is amazing, yes everyone gives a great review of her, please too that you have a good time on board

I much prefer her to QV, but then QM2 is a different league again.

I vastly prefer the Vistas to QM2 (too big and impersonal). And, of the two Vistas, I prefer QV by a narrow margin, mostly because it doesn't have that Britannia Club thing. Mind you I will confess that I sometimes find it hard to remember which one of the two I'm on.

It certainly does not seem a year ago we took the maiden cruise, also had the good fortune of cruising on her again in June, a truely wonderful ship.

Thought I put up a birthday photo of QE up :)

 

Travelled on her back in July for the first time, very impressed. The decor just seemed to have the edge on QV to me :o
