Best way for 6 people from Port Everglades to MIA for a 11:45 flight?

On my upcoming Crown Princess cruise in January/February, me and several other people I will be traveling with (I believe there may be as many as 6 of us) have booked a 11:45am flight out of Miami after disembarking in Port Everglades. I believe it should be doable with walk-off disembarkation, but I'm trying to figure out what the best way to get 6 people to MIA from there would be. I'm guessing some sort of pre-arranged exclusive van service would be the way to go for 6 people at once, but are there other ways I should look at?

 

Yeah, I already know that an 11:45am flight in Miami after getting off a ship in Port Everglades might be pushing it a bit on the schedule, but someone else picked the flights, and I'm mostly just along for the ride on this one. At least I'll have some company when we're all stranded at the airport if something goes awry...
