Wow - that is incredible. When we first tried SS 7 years ago on the Whisper we had a similar deal. On our Jan 7 Cloud trip coming up, I was able to get a deck 7 Veranda for the price of a Vista, plus got the extra credit that Amex is offering on SS through Nov. 15. But nothing like what you have!

Alas, we will be in the middle east on the Voyager during this Monte Carlo to Rome voyage. We are now on board the Spirit's fall crossing (in Las Palmas today) at a very good price point too: $246 pp.

The ship board credit of $500?is per suite from Silversea. How do you get closer to $1000 per person for a vista? Looks like you are having a great trip.

Yes, Victoria..SS sent us the "suite sale" end of July; $3099 vista, $4099 midship veranda, w/o air, w/o $1000 SBC; w/our Tvl Agent discount, AMX SBC the cost is $246 pp

It's been about 4 years since I was last on Silversea. When looking at the invoice, are port charges included in the cruise fare? Other lines (Regent) they seem to have this as an additional amount on top of the cruise fare. So on Silversea, are port charges included?
