I should know this, but does your Bon Voyage order show up under your booking on the Carnival website, and if so, where?

Not that I've ever seen. I always take a receipt in case it's not in my cabin.

No it doesn't. I always ask for a confirmation email to be sent to me and then I print that out and take it with me.

I ordered a bottle of vodka from bon voyage. They gave me a "confirmation" number, saw the charge on my credit card, but I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my booking number (they told me it wouldn't, so I'm not worried).

 

Should I call them back and ask them to send me a confirmation email?

 

I want my vodka! :p

I have always had to ask for the confirmation email but I like everything in writing lol. You could call and ask for one if you wanted to.
