bvm49 Posted November 1, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2011 We're going for the first time on Sun Princess on 16th Nov. Do they have a soda (soft drink) card and how much is it? Also as an alternative what brand of cola (Coke or Pepsi) do they sell in cans (price)? Cheers Brian & Gail
callmewhatever Posted November 1, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2011 Yes they do , sorry can't rember the cost tho. They also have an ultimate card that gets u softdrinks, mocktails and milkshakes. I'm pretty sure the softdrinks r the carbonated type and yes they have coke. Enjoy ur cruise. :D
Aus Traveller Posted November 1, 2011 #3 Share Posted November 1, 2011 When using the soda card, the drinks (Coke etc.) aren't in cans - they are the pre-mix type.
johndon Posted November 2, 2011 #4 Share Posted November 2, 2011 There are two types of soft drink cards. The "Mocktail" card costs approx $85 for a 14 day cruise and includes mocktails (cocktails without alcohol) hot chocolate, soft drinks, milk shakes, icecreams and ordinary premix soft drinks. The soft drink card or "soda" card as the yanks call it, only includes all soft drinks, premixed. I am not sure of the price but it would be about $10 cheaper than the Mocktail card. Coffee is not included on the Mocktail card; only hot chocolate. There have been other posts with the opinion that the coffee card is not worth it because of the atrocious coffee served onboard. I cannot commment as I have not bought a coffee card but I suppose it all comes down to a matter of taste. John
