Hotel Indigo Miami

Hotel Indigo Miami downtown appears to be near the Intercontinental and gets good reviews on TripAdvisor. It came up while searching for pre- cruise hotels using credit card points. Does anyone have any info or have stayed there?

TripAdvisor is the much better source than here. That is what TripAdvisor specializes in.

None of the reviews were from people going on a cruise, though.

I am not clear on what staying in a hotel would have to do with going on a cruise. Two different businesses. Are you asking about shuttle to the port?

No, I am looking for a pre-cruise hotel in Miami as I stated. I was hoping someone from CC had used this hotel for that same purpose and might have some insight to share about it.

Sallyb, do you know the address for the hotel. i am very familiar with many of the hotels near the Intercontinental downtown Miami hotel and for the life of me I can't seem to think where this hotel is located in relationship to the IC.

When I put in the address that you provided it shows that this address is 11 miles from the Intercontinental. Maybe there is another location but the Hotel Idigo's web site seems like it is down now.

sallyb, you are most welcome. I just checked the hotels web site which is back up and that address is about 11 miles from the Intercontinental and further from the port of miami. Maybe you'll get feedback from someone on Cruise Critic who has stayed there but it is not one of those hotels located near the port.

 

There are several Marriott's that you can consider that are much closer to the port including the new Marriott Marquis.
